1. 🌟 Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You must notify us within 4 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@gostwear.com, including photo or video proof.
  • If approved, we will offer either:
    • A replacement of the same item, or
    • A store credit of equal value.
  • We do not accept returns due to wrong size selection. Please check our Size Guide before placing an order.
  • If you order an oversized, undersized, or wrong-sized item, no return, exchange, or refund will be provided. Refund is not applicable in such cases.

  • You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@gostwear.com.
  • After 3 hours, your order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are only provided for:
    • Orders canceled within 3 hours.
    • Orders that are damaged or defective, if a replacement is not available.
  • Refunds are not issued for sizing issues, late deliveries caused by courier, or buyer’s remorse.

  • If your claim is found to be fraudulent or not matching our evidence, no refund or replacement will be granted.
