1. 📦 Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, the order enters production and cannot be edited.

2. 🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Buyers may cancel their order within 3 hours of purchase by emailing support@gostwear.com.
  • After 3 hours, the order is considered locked for processing and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Approved cancellations within the 3-hour window will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses.
  • Shipping details, including tracking information, will be emailed once the product is dispatched.

4. 🌟 Returns & Exchanges

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@gostwear.com within 24 hours of delivery, with photo/video proof.
  • If approved, we will offer either a replacement or store credit equivalent to the purchase amount.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for wrong size selections. Please refer to the size chart before purchasing.

  • Cashback is available on eligible purchases only and is a promotional reward, not a guaranteed entitlement.
  • To receive cashback, customers must:
    • Successfully place and receive the order.
    • Fill out a feedback form via WhatsApp or Google Form (link provided after delivery).
    • Share their bank account details securely for processing.
  • Cashback will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 4-5 business days after confirmation.
  • Incomplete, fake, or misleading feedback will disqualify the user from receiving cashback.
  • Orders that are canceled or returned are not eligible for cashback.
